Status Markers
Arnold uses four status markers to show the health of each feature at a glance.
The four markers
| Marker | Name | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 🟢 | Aligned | Docs and code agree. Everything checks out. |
| 🟡 | Partial / Gaps | Some docs exist but are incomplete, or some code lacks docs. |
| 🔵 | Planned | Documented but not yet built. Gaps are expected. |
| 🔴 | Drifted | Docs say one thing, code says another. Needs attention. |

💡 Tip
A healthy project has mostly 🟢 and 🔵 markers. 🔴 means action is needed. Use /arnold:resolve to address drift.
